BSAN Meeting 10/25, Burke Circles Initiative

It’s time again for BSAN’s monthly networking meeting. As we know, addiction does not discriminate — it is an equal opportunity disease. However, we do know that poverty is a contributing factor to addiction and to recovery resources, and it has deep roots in our area. There’s one program, the Burke County Circles Initiative, that is taking steps in a very creative way to combat poverty one family at a time. They need us as much as we need them. We’re pleased to welcome the Circles program into our network and invite you to hear about the work they’re doing.
